چکیده
Abstract Antibiotic resistance is a significant public health problem. When genes are being carried on plasmids, the spread can be greatly accelerated. In this paper, transmission of antibiotic in two types cells discussed. A mathematical model established to describe dynamics plasmids. The effects different parameters stable solution and sensitivity analysis studied by numerical simulation. conclusions show that concentration antibiotics must reach certain level kill pathogenic bacteria. If not high extent, treatment becomes ineffective. cost plasmids rate segregation too high, drug-resistant will gradually die out system. horizontal transfer directly related drug resistance. With increase body turn into with resistance, which causes substantial difficulties diseases.

15 صفحه اولAntibiotic resistance correlates with transmission in plasmid evolution.
Conjugative (horizontally transmissible) plasmids are autonomous replicators, whose "self-interests" do not necessarily overlap with those of their hosts. This situation causes plasmids and bacteria to sometimes experience differing selection pressures. Escherichia coli plasmid pB15 contains genes for resistance to several antibiotics, including tetracycline. When plasmid-bearing cells were exp...
