The effects different parameters stable solution and sensitivity analysis studied by numerical simulation. conclusions show that concentration antibiotics must reach certain level kill pathogenic bacteria. If not high extent, treatment becomes ineffective. cost plasmids rate segregation too high, drug-resistant will gradually die out system. horizontal transfer directly related drug resistance.
